This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good plus  -Minor corner dings and a corner has been cut.

Sleeve - the sleeve is in great shape

Vinyl Looks Very Good Plus to Excellent - Minor surface scratches and smudges. Does not affect the sound of the record, looks to be in excellent condition.  Will be safely and securely shipped.
