Raquel Meller Album No. 1, The Gramophone Shop No. 84 - Cancions-Espanole Por La Famosa Raquel Meller Discos Odeon-Electric - Vintage 6 record set of Raquel Meller classics recorded by Odeon in the 1920s. The album cover has some minor water staining, the 6 records are all very clean and shiny, visually graded, rated from E+ to M-.
From Wikipedia - Raquel Meller (9 March 1888 – 26 July 1962), born Francisca Marqués López, was a Spanish cuplé and tonadilla singer, and diseuse. She was an international star in the 1920s and 1930s, appearing in several films and touring Europe and the Americas. A. vaudeville performer, she sang the original versions of well known songs such as La Violetera[2] and "El relicario"[3], both written by Jose Padilla Sanchez. My grading scale is not complicated. Mint (M, M-) means like new with only the slightest of scuffing. Excellent (E, E+, E-) means minor scuffs, scrapes, label wear, light scratches that do not affect the play. Good (G, G+, G-) means scuffing, scraping, scratches, acceptable playing with noticible noise. I try not to sell records that are warped or that skip unless noted. These are records I have picked up while expanding my own record collection.
I pack very carefully with cardboard reinforcement, bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. I combine shipping on multiple purchases where possible.
