Rare 1939-1940 The Wizard of Oz Box Set of 4 - 78 rpm Decca Records Judy Garland and Victor Young.
Records are in original packaging and in good used condition. The music on the records is just wonderful, featuring all the favorite songs, and even the omitted song, The Jitterbug, which was filmed but edited out of the final cut of the movie. Included are the following:
DLA-1840 / 2762 - Over the Rainbow / The Jitterbug - Judy Garland with Victor Young and his Orchestra.
DLA-1846 / 2673 Munchkinland Parts 1 & 2 - Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals by the Munchkins and various cast members.
DLA-1854 / 2674 - If I Only Had a Brain / If I Only Had a Heart - Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals under the direction of Ken Darby.
DLA-1848 / 2675 - The Merry Old Land of Oz / We're Off to See the Wizard - Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals under the direction of Ken Darby.
