7" EP vinyl record privately made in the UK in July 1962 by Sound News Productions.
I'm not sure whether to describe this as a vinyl acetate, a test pressing, or a demonstration record (demo).
The John Williams Big Band had a Sunday night residency at The Marquee Club on Oxford Street in London in the early 1960s.
