Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Easily the best album by TRAPEZE and they are the MIGHTY Trapeze on this one; sometimes under valued & underrated for it is a dark creeping smoker with gut-crunching tracks, turned-up loud & howling guitar attacks amid impact (& scream) vocals that compliments the music perfectly ...
Not only is Medusa the finest offering from heavy rockers Trapeze, it is one of the decade's most underappreciated dark hard rock recordings. With a lineup that consisted of future Deep Purple, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath members, there seems to be proof that at least a few fellow musicians appreciated this 1971 offering. Fans of his later work might be surprised by Glenn Hughes' wailing soulful vocal delivery, especially on the mid-tempo scorching crunch-rockers like "Black Cloud" and "Your Love Is Alright." Guitarist Mel Galley also deserves mention for his heavy handed approach to classic rock riffing that is catchy and affective. Even the dark ballads are focused, memorable, and unique. Considering that Medusa predates many other 70's hard rock sounds (and blows away all similar sounds...) it's a wonder that the record isn't mentioned more when influential albums of this era are discussed...a brutal impact hard rock gem....

CONDITION: The Cover: Thick gatefold cover is VG++ with a little shelf wear starting, not bad at all, usually has a lot of wear as the colors are fragile and show wear very easy, here a keeper collectible with bright original colors = no seam splits, no bends, and no writing anywhere
