Description

This Ultra rare 1976 Innerview lp on The Doors is part 4 of the series and comes complete with track list sheet as well as the affidavit that was supposed signed and returned immediately upon airing of the show. Both the Innerview sheets make mention of being "1978 Billboard Radio Forum Award Winner" and the album has a copyright date of 1976. It is also stated that the show should be previewed prior to airing as it may contain some offensive language. The album has a few minor surface scratches that do not seem to effect it's playability and side A had a small stain as seen in one of the photos. Album comes in a plain white sleeve and jacket.
