Description
Offered here is an original copy of the garage classic LP 'NEXT EXIT' by FIVE BY FIVE on PAULA Records from 1968. Jacket grades VG+ overall. The right upper corner of the cover has been cut out and there is minimal wear around this area. Minimal softening of the corners, otherwise cover is solid. Playing surface is clean and the record play grades VG+ to VG++. A very nice playing copy overall of this killer garage classic featuring a blasting version of Jimi Hendrix's FIRE!
GRADING SCALE:
NM = A near perfect record in every way. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.
VG++ = Somewhere between VG+ and Near Mint.
VG+ = Record has been played, but previous owner took good care of it. Record will have light scuffs or light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. VERY little to no background/surface noise will be heard while the record is playing.
VG = Light to moderate Background/surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's fade and intro. This background noise will not overpower the music otherwise, however. Groove wear and light scratches (deep enough to affect sound) will be noticeable. Still a nice record.
VG- = Somewhere between VG and G+.
G/G+ = Significant surface noise upon playing. Scratches and visible groove wear will be evident. Record will play through without skipping or sticking however.
Fair/Poor = Cracked, severely warped, with skips or sticks, or have obvious signs of HEAVY play. Basically it will serve better as a coaster than a record.
