Rare MGM Radio Interview with Ginger Rogers for film "The Barkeleys Of Broadway" - 1949 -  Her last film with dance partner Fred Astaire 12-inch Two-sided Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer "Air View" Record Record is actually 80rpm, but plays fine at 78rpm. Dated March 5, 1949 (speed, date & record number engraved in wax) Ginger speaks with interviewer about the film and other aspects of her life. Mentions this is the 10th film with Fred Astaire (after 10 year hiatus) Says there are 5 new dances in the film. . . Speaks of winning Charleston dancing contest in her youth, and mentions an early engagement with the Paul Ash Orchestra.
