My grading system: M (Mint, totally untouched, as new), M- (Very light wear, looks and plays beautifully without any problems), VG++ (Light wear but still looks and plays beautifully without problems), VG+ (Slight wear, thin, light marks on vinyl, could have light surface noise), VG (Wear, cover could be torn, split, record has marks, plays ok but could have skips and surface noise) etc.

I SHIP WORLDWIDE WITH PROFESSIONAL RECORD MAILERS, ALL AT OFFICIAL "NO PROFIT TO ME" POSTAGE COSTS!!!

Postage costs are NOT $4 as Ebay indicates but at various prices. For the UK, 1 LP is usually around £3.50, for Europe 1 LP is usually $10 and for the USA and the rest of the World 1 LP is usually between $10-15.

Ok, big apologies for the delay in posting tracklisting and descriptions up this week. Here they are finally:

Side 1: Afrique de l'Ouest, Asala Malekoun, Ruguia, Lucifer.

Side 2: Adieu Freetown, Enchantion Yabamba, Cherie Julie Nalingaka.

Cover is in M- condition. (With a tiny crease on the top left hand corner, you can see it on the picture. Back has light ringwear dust marks. Otherwise in beautiful condition, hardly any wear whatsoever!).

Vinyl is in M- condition. (With a scuff on the beginning of Side 2, which brings up a bit of vinyl noise. But otherwise, listening to the rest now and I can't hear any defects, no skips, no jumps whatsoever ie. between the tracks, pops, crackles...Audio reproduction is warm and very clear). Side 1 in M- condition, Side 2, beginning VG++ , rest is M-.

Music contained within is top shelf Congolese music with beautiful vocal harmonies, slick guitar work, lovely combinations etc. The reason I picked this up, was that it contained tracks like "Lucifer", "Adieu Freetown", "Afrique de L'Ouest" and "Asala Malekoun". And they proved to be fruitful with "Afrique de L'Ouest", a lovely interpretation of West African Mandingue Brass playing (my favourite African genre), mid funky basslines, eerie joyous Sax, Trumpet harmonies. Great guitar solo in there too. "Adieu Freetown" is also a highlight, with a slow, sad Latin number, very nice indeed. All this is to say, indispensable for the Congolese and African music amateur and collector.
