Rare Amos Milburn Rockin The Boogie Aladdin 704 10"

Rare 10" Amos Milburn Album on Aladdin Records #704 "Rockin The Boogie" on black vinyl. Released in 1954 33-1/3 Matrix - AL704-A & AL-704-B.

This 10" LP by Amos Milburn is tough to find and is listed among the top 1000 of the worlds rarest record.

Side one features:

Side two features:

Chicken Shack Boogie
Rooming House Boogie
Sax Shack Boogie

Condition:
Label - is a nice deep blue with no writing, tears, or other detractions. The label is well preserved on both sides.

Vinyl - The record plays completely through with no problems and little surface noise. The record has been plays as evident by light scratching and scuffing, most notably in the dead wax.

Jacket - The front is in very good condition. There is a storage "dig" directly above the "H" in the word "The". There is a faint residue from what may have been the original price tag (which has long been removed) in the upper right hand corner.
There is a small split in the seam in the upper right hand corner that is about 1-1/2" long and has had clear tape over it. There are several small dents and wear to the edges.
The reverse shows 2 circular storage wear imprints, other wise the jacket is in great shape especially considering the age.

This item was recovered from a stash of records owned by a DJ who was on the air in the 1950's.

We are grading this album in VG - VG+ condition but have included many photo's for your consideration. This album is being offered at a starting price of $1.00 with NO RESERVE so whoever wins this item will have a very nice example of a rare record to add to their collection.
