Description

Ultra-Rare 1964 BBC Transcription Service 12" Vinyl LP

An incredible piece of broadcasting history. This is an original BBC Transcription Service vinyl record, pressed in England exclusively for authorized overseas radio station broadcasts. These were strictly restricted, never made available to the general public, and most were destroyed after their "expiry date," making surviving copies exceptionally rare.

Tracklist / Contents:
Side 1 (Matrix 106793): True Stories – 3: "Decision at Differdange" by Bob Kesten (Duration: 26'54")
Side 2 (Matrix 106794): True Stories – 4: "The Leper Who Made People Sing" by Alan Burgess (Duration: 26'45")

Details:
Label: Original yellow/red/white BBC Transcription Service label featuring the iconic crest.
Expiry Date printed on label: 12.2.64
Speed: Long Play 33 1/3 RPM

Condition:
Vinyl: (Note: You will want to insert your own visual grading here, e.g., "Very Good (VG) with some light surface marks, retains a nice gloss" or "Excellent (EX) with minimal wear"). Please examine the photos carefully as they form part of the description.
Labels: Clean, bright, and perfectly legible with only minor spindle wear around the center hole.

Perfect for collectors of rare radio broadcast history, vintage vinyl, and unique BBC memorabilia.
