Description

The very first pressing of this single was on X records in late Dec. 1961.. 2 weeks later X records shut down.. So they pressed the single on Candix in early 1962 .. ironically this 45 is paired w the orig X sleeve.  This is an Original 1962 Candix Pressing of The Beach Boys 1st ever single "Surfin". 3 pressings of this single, this ones the has Dist. Rec. Sales printed on label This 7" was used in a radio station in So Cal for over 30 years.. 
Record has a lot of ware but still VG, brush marks from sleeves but nothing deep enough to disrupt play.  With all ware considered the record seem to project a more original sound and quality.   Ball point pen on one label on one side . Please see all photos and feel free to ask me anything.
