Rare Blind Faith S/T Mono White Label Promo Vinyl LP Record VG+ Clapton Cream

Psych, Blues and Rock Fans in general are about to have a field day with this one...

For your bidding and buying consideration, I have a rare copy of the Blind Faith "Self-Titled" LP. Catalog # Atco SD 33-304B. Blind Faith featured Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, Ginger Baker and Rick Greich, but if you're looking at this, you probably already knew that. What's so special about this one, is that it is a white label, promo, DJ copy and thus, IS THE MONO MIX! That's right, MONO, and it sounds spectacular. This baby is crazy rare in its mono, white label promo form. The vinyl itself has some light marks on each side, none of which affect play, and none of which even come close to being able to be felt with a fingernail. I play tested this one because of its rarity and I am beyond happy to report that there is no surface noise and it still sounds unbelievable, all the way through on both sides. Literally, no surface noise, at all. It also still has a good bit of its original gloss and if it wasn't for the few light marks on each side, this baby would be NM. The sleeve I'm going to conservatively grade in at VG, but hear me out on this one. There is an orange hype sticker affixed to the top right-hand corner of the sleeve that says "d/j copy monaural csg process not for sale promotional" There is a tiny bit of ring-wear, but nothing that is terribly ugly, a 1.5 inch seam split at the bottom of the sleeve in the middle and the typical bit of slight discoloration in places, as this lps sleeve is mostly white. Most would probably call this VG+ and call it a day, but I'm saying VG to avoid confrontation and problems. All in all, a wonderful copy of this total psych, blues, underrated rocker. Sometimes I think I like them better than Cream. Sometimes. Thanks for looking, and shoot me a line if you have any other questions....
