Description

Rare Acoustic Blues 78 rpm on Columbia label.  Barbeque Bob 'Mississippi Heavy Water Blues' / 'Mama You Don't Suit Me' recorded in 1927. The catalog number is Columbia 14222-D. The record is in E Condition (both sides) and the buyer will not be disappointed. There are 2 faults (that do not affect play) I'd like to describe.  On the Mississippi Heavy Water Blues side, there is a very small (pin head) lamination dimple that dips inwards right at the end of the track.  On the Mama You Don't Suit Me side, upon close inspection, I noticed for the 1st time there is a half inch lamination crack appearing at the start.  On my turntable, you cannot hear it. Apart from that, there is great slide guitar on this record and hard to find in this condition. I am based in the UK and will only charge what the post office will charge me for shipping.  All 78s will be sent in a secure box to protect and prevent it from damage.  UK postage is £9. Europe is £15.
