Description

A Discography of all Dylan's appearance on vinyl will almost certainly list this album. Its a Blues album by Victoria Spivey on her own "Spivey" label(LP1004). Its entitled Three Kings & A Queen and features Spivey, Big Joe Williams, Lonnie Johnson & Roosevelt Sykes. Bob Dylan is a guest on the album accompanying Big Joe Williams on harmonica on tracks A3 & B2. Dylan had previously played harmonica early in 1962 for Harry Belafonte & then with Carolyn Hester. This album is in mint condition, played once many years ago, sleeve still has original cellophane around it. An album like this must be getting very hard to come by. I have also listed the follow up to this album (vol.2), which was the next vinyl album Dylan appears on, also released in 1962.
