Description

Excellent vinyl that looks near mint but there is a surface scratch during the first two minutes of Side One that sounds as a light tick and occasional pop-- but even in those quiet introductory passages it is not too intrusive and disappears in the first loud section. Thisrecord is not mint but it is well above average and one of the best you are likely to find: the early stampers are 1C/1C.  The sleeve is VG. It is complete but because of the single-thickness gate-fold it is rubbed and slightly yellowish along the upper and lower edges; there is also some disc-impression at the upper part of the rear cover. But overall whiteness is good and above average for this record. If you do buy and do not agree, I will refund purchase price and postage.

These are part of a large personal collection of 1950s,1960s and early 1970s Classical LPs I am disposing of; most in excellent or better condition; including several rarities, mainly Decca SXLs, EMI ASDs, Angel, and Mercury Living Presence Stereo:  Furtwangler, Kertesz, Oistrakh, Beecham etc. I am happy to receive wants lists if there is something you are particularly looking for.

I grade according to Record Collector Magazine standards and if you check my feedback you will find testimonies to the fairness of my grading. I think you will like these recordings as much as I do; but if you don't, and you are not completely satisfied then everything is returnable.
