Extremely Rare, First Pressing
Collectable edition, vintage vinyl, lp record album of ELVIS PRESLEY
Album Title: ELVIS' CHRISTMAS ALBUM
Recorded on RCA VICTOR Records #LOC-1035 The record was released on October 15, 1957
This Original 1957 US Vinyl Lp is One of the Very First Pressings with Matrix Numbers
H2 PP6526-1S / H2 PP6527-1S stamped into the dead wax areas of the record.
The "1S" at the end means that this record was from the Very First Batch Pressed.
The RCA Victor record label shows Nipper, the dog The sleeve cover was designed by an unknown artist. This cover is larger than regular lp record covers. The size is 12 1/2" x 12 5/16".Original US pressing with gatefold cover, 12page bound-in color booklet, black RCA Victor labels with dog on top, silver print & "LONG PLAY" on the bottom of the labels. This record, cover and 12 page attached picture book are all in at least Very Good condition. I have included lots of pictures - I believe they describe better than my words. Songs are: Side One: 1. Christmas Pretty Baby - has some surface noise but no skips 2. White Christmas - has some surface noise & pops but no skips 3. Here Comes Santa Claus - has some surface noise but no skips 4. I'll Be Home For Christmas - has some surface noise but no skips 5. Blue Christmas - has some surface noise but no skips 6. Santa Bring My Baby Back to Me - Sounded Very Good + no problems

HOW TO GRADE RECORDS:
(According the the Goldmine Record Album Price Guide Standard)
It would be ideal if we could play each and every record we list, however the time involved makes it impractical to do so. Unless we state we have played the record, we have graded it "visually." Below we have listed the types of "grading" based on our observations and overall impression:
MINT (M): Absolutely perfect in every way - never played, possibly even still sealed.
NEAR MINT (NM or M): A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. An LP jacket should have no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect. No cut out holes, either. Basically, a Near Mint condition record looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): A very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect he sound are OK. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. An LP jacket may have slight signs of wear and may be marred by a cut out hole, indentation or corner. In general, if not for a couple minor things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint.
VERY GOOD (VG): Most of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing or have tape or stickers attached.
GOOD (G): Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. A jacket or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.
