One of the worst albums ever, but a record that that is significant for 5 reasons.
1. It's the last Elvis album to be released in both mono and stereo. The mono copy demands BIG bucks.
2. It's the only Elvis album ever to feature a song without Elvis. (Nancy Sinatras "Your Groovy Self")
3. Initial pressings sold so badly (5 figures) that it jeopardized his recording career, and killed the soundtrack formula for Elvis.
4. It's the final Elvis film to have a full soundtrack.
5. Three leftover tracks, including one from the May 1963 "lost album" sessions, were unearthed to round out the album.
