Description
Rare British 1st release of the original soundtracks to the 1957 films musical ‘Tammy’ and 'Interlude'. Both films were produced by Ross Hunter.
Music composed by Frank Skinner. Conducted by Joseph Gershenson. Played by the Universal-International Orchestra.
Tammy starred Debbie Reynolds, Leslie Nielsen, Walter Brennan, Mala Powers, Sidney Blackmer, Mildred Natwick, with Fay Wray and Louise Beavers.
Interlude starred June Allyson, Rossano Brazzi, Marianne Cook, Françoise Rosay, Keith Andes with Frances Bergen and Jane Wyatt.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
Vinyl: P. Lots of hairline scuffs, marks and scratches across both sides. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is poor throughout. Run-in on both sides very crackly and noise persists. Vocals can be heard but underlying surface noise throughout. Disappointing as it is a collection filler only really.
Outer Sleeve (Cover): F-G. Colours are clear and unfaded. Fantastic thin laminated sleeve both sides. Corners on aperture badly scuffed but spine corners less damaged. Top edge lightly worn but torn in right corner; bottom edge badly scuffed with split near aperture. Spine pinched with crease marks throughout. Aperture dogeared and bowed. Delamination across bottom edge with creasing and more delamination in top right corner. Disc outline visible plus a few other bubbles of delamination. Reverse unsoiled but flipbacks show some damage though attached. Delamination in top left corner and some creasing towards spine. Overall just good. Inner Sleeve: EX. Original. Thick poly-lined white paper with square corners and central hole. Minor creases/folds through normal handling.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
