Vinyl is VG.  Clean labels. See pics
Like a few other examples of this Rare Funk/Soul 45’s, there is a slight edge/heat warp, audible from the intro til the Funk picks up. A few marks from not being stored properly in a paper sleeve, but no tracking issues or skips. 
***pics added***. I added a few more pics showing wear.  Aside from the heat edge, the wear marks aren’t feel-able, more likely areas of de-gloss.
