Description

This six-record 78-rpm album set is titled simply "Gregorian Chants" (which also appears to be the label name) by the Choir of the Benedictine Monks of St.-Benoit-du-Lac in Canada. The records are individually numbered G-7 through G-12, suggesting they might have been preceded by a similar 6-record set. It comes with a descriptive 12-page booklet, which is also shown in the pictures.

The records mostly look to be in about VG+ condition, still beautifully shiny, but with some scattered light scuffs and scratches and manufacturing bubbles. I've played most of them on my Audio-Technica turntable, and I experienced no skips or jumps, and mostly just very light background noise, but with occasional clicking or swishing or thudding. A word of caution, specifically, is that record # 7 has a couple of hairline cracks started, barely visible at all on the B side, but lightly audible as a light swishing or ticking on both sides. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering devices and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. 

The album itself is in solid and functional condition, with the pocket seams intact but a few scuffs and stains, and general wear around the edges.
