Rare Gayle House The Haunting 7” 1971 Scary Halloween Demon Stories G Grade it’s beat but plays
Novelty record children would purchase from a back-page comic book ad.
People would get sued if they sold this to children in 2019. It sounds dramatic and demonic. Children screaming for mercy only to be eaten alive.
Vinyl Grade G
Side A The Haunting(the best side) plays through with audible surface noise, clicks, and pops. No skips. Better of the two sides looks G plays VG-
Side B Sound Effects plays with audible surface noise, pops, and clicks, the needle tracks poorly on the last sound effect. It jumps(skips) briefly into the last five rotations of “Evil Creatures”. Which is also at the end of the record. Looks G plays G
Labels Faint staining on both sides.
There is a minimal storage warp that does not affect play.
Normally I wouldn’t sell such a low grade but figured someone would want it. The desirable side with the story plays great. A good copy to own until an upgrade is found. I’ve deep cleaned it twice.
Comes in a generic white sleeve.
Shipped Free First Class in sturdy mailer. Vinyl is packed safely with stiffeners to avoid damage.
