PLEASE CONSIDER THAT IN THESE EBAY AUCTIONS I USE A STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADING SYSTEM THAT CAN'T DISAPPOINT ANYONE BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT ,FOR EXAMPLE, A VG+ COVER OR A VG+ VINYL IT'S EQUIVALENT TO "BAD CONDITIONS" BUT SIMPLY THAT MY GRADE IT'S STRICT AND PROBABLY EQUIVALENT TO AN EX OF SOMEONE ELSE WITH NOT A SO STRICT GRADE. I HAVE SOLD IN THESE AUCTIONS EX- RECORDS THAT WERE SURELLY M- COPIES BUT I PREFERE TO BE STRICT TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTEMENT BECAUSE I TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY REPUTATION.
The auctioned item it's rare and his rarity it's 2 stars on 6
graded VG++/EX for a strict Record Collector magazine grading system
label: The oeiginal Karma Music label it's in perfect shape without any marks around the spindle hole and any other defects hence it's EX.
cover: The matt gatefold cover does have a black background so it's very prone to the wear, this copy look quite good and does have a very superficial wear here and there, spine totally readable but the are a partial whitening on the last 3 cm in one of the two edges, the bottom corners are not totally perfect dut nothing to worry...a strong VG+ grade totally satisfactory for 90% of collectors.
vinyl: The vinyl does not have marks, scuffs or anything else and plays perfectly everywhere so a strong EX for a strict grade.
review: This is not a standard progressive album but a genial project that have some similarity with the beautiful OLIVER- Standing Stone, one of the best musical products of the british seventies progressive so if you know him and if you like you have found another lp for your collection....a blogger say"Claus Clement Pedersen, aka Tømrerclaus, decided to do something different to the usual rock guitarist routine and moved to Christiania (in Copenhagen) in 1975. This was a largely self-governed area that, since the late sixties, has been a refuge for hippies, artists and various freaks. The result was a privately recorded and released album and two cassettes, ‘Snydt’ (1977) and ‘Hepar’ (1978). All of them contained hilarious tracks based on demented fuzz guitar and even some on fuzz cello (the album contained the best material though)! The only comparisons might be Oliver's album ‘Standing Stone’, a British private release, or a brain damaged, one-man-band version of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. All lyrics were in Danish. Great fun and completely unpretentious!"... quite hard to find in the last couple of year also in the scandinavian market....so Don't miss!
