The Vinyl is in VG++ Condition Cardboard Sleeve VG+
Listen to "1 side" and grade the record for yourself. The record looks new and unplayed but has a couple of light sleeve scuffs. The Sleeve is almost perfect, but has some very light wear on the front and a couple of inches of split on the bottom on the opening side. RARE! EXCLUSIVE! NO WHERE ELSE ON EBAY!
