Scarce Depression-Era 78rpm - Double-Track Record by Ben Selvin Orchestra (labeled here as Frank Auburn Orchestra - Vocal by Jack Miller Clarion 11001 -C ... Recorded July, 1931 This Double Track Record was another Depression Era sales gimmick to introduce something "new" to increase the plummeting sales in the record industry. These Double Track records didn't last long... few were released and they are fairly scarce.
Depending on where you start the needle, you get either a Dance Band version of the song, or a Vocal of the song. "Little Girl" by Orchestra & "Little Girl" as a Vocal - (I don't think I've ever heard a bad version of this song., and Selvin's instrumental is peppy and fast paced) "Sunny Skies" by Orchestra & "Sunny Skies" as a Vocal
