Up for auction is a beautiful copy of the 1973 Hard Rock Classic LP "Houses of the Holy" by Led Zeppelin on Atlantic Records #SD 7255. This copy is marked RL for Robert Ludwig and Sterling in the dead wax area along with the matrix numbers ST-A-732783-A and ST-A-732784-E. Visually graded using Goldmine standards, the vinyl rates a near mint with beautiful shine and just a hint of extremely light surface wear. The gatefold jacket is also near mint with barely a hint of wear and no splits or issues. Also comes with original inner lyric sleeve. A truly beautiful copy. Houses of the Holy is the fifth studio album by British rock band Led Zeppelin, released by Atlantic Records on 28 March 1973. It is the first Led Zeppelin album composed of entirely original material, and represents a musical turning point for the band, who had begun to record songs with more layering and production techniques.
Houses of the Holy was certified 11× Platinum by the RIAA. In 2012, it was ranked number 148 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
