Description

The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid.  The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's.  An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored.  These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay.  With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await.  My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner.  I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed.  I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find.  All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Columbia deep groove MONO vinyl LP WL 127 (Matrix has 1/A stamper Side A and 1/C stamper Side B) - released 1957 
NM vinyl retains original sheen and gloss.  Some sleeve / storage marks are present with no effect on play.  Labels are spindle mark free.  Play test on NAD C555 turntable revealed mostly clear crisp analogue sound with a modicum of occasional vinyl inherent light surface or crackle.  Nothing detracts from or overwhelms the music in any way.  This is a quality pressing with no prior play or handling marks.  The EX cover has light shelf wear only - a beautifully well preserved jacket.
