A rare copy of the Melvins Trilogy 3LP picture disc pack. This copy is one of a limited edition of 1500. It is made up of three lps, The Maggot, The Bootlicker and The Cry Baby. The first two are by the Melvins and the third is weird compilation of tunes by a weird collection of people i.e. Leif Garrett doing "Smells like teen spirit", Tool doing the Melvins ''Divorced" and Mike Patton doing "GI Joe" with Kevin and the guys. It makes for pretty interesting listening. The first two LPs are more of that cool, weird, buzzsaw sound of the Melvins on the wacky, choose-your-cult picture discs. This copy is in great condition with some very minor surface marks but plays fine. The cover has some minor edge and surface wear with a crease on one corner but is generally fine. This is a great set of records that will increase in value if looked after.
