This listing is for the Rare Modern Soul record by Lyn Jackson featuring "I've Been There Before" by SOC Record (Sound of Chicago). The catalog number for this record is 7250 A. It does not appear to have been played more than a few times. Please review all photos. I believe this record qualified for Excellent + (E+) condition.
Condition Issues (see photos):

The sleeve and inner sleeve have creasing and some discoloration and staining.

The label and the media may be on the wrong sides. The media is marked 7250A where the label indicates 7250B and vice versa.

The media is excellent or better condition.

The inner sleeve does have at least two small rips.

NOTE: There is a light mark on the media less than a 1/4". Please see close up photos.
