Bootleg of the Sub Pop single.
All were originally sold unnumbered, has _____/1000 but no number in the blank.
The back sleeve is darker than the original, losing the following details: the last two letters of the names "Kobain, Novoselic, Channing", the name "Alice Wheeler" and the surname of "Suzanne Sasic".

This is one of the versions I have. It has the numbers etched and the back is darker so the letters of the names are indeed hard to see.
I’ve never played it, but have had it proudly displayed on a shelf, but I’m now having a clear out so thought someone else might want to give it a new home.
