Rare Northern soul promo 45 THEOLA KILGORE Candix 311 Chain Gang Sound of my Man Shipping Info   Description RARE Northern soul promo or demo 45: THEOLA KILGORE – (CHAIN GANG) THE SOUND OF MY MAN b/w LATER I’LL CRY – white-label promotional copy or demonstration copy (does not say either), on the original Candix Records, 311; released in 1961. The first track is credited to Sam Cooke and is a version of his “Chain Gang” but done kind of like an answer song. CONDITION: VG- (the vinyl has some minor scuffing and a few very soft and minimal scratches – it plays great with a touch of minimal background pops; labels have some rubbing and name in pencil on one side).
