A Rare & Obscure "CONCERT" two-sided 7" INCH - 78 rpm phonograph record - have you ever seen one of these?

This is a NO-RESERVE AUCTION with a low starting bid price.
This is a 7 inch, 78 rpm record the same size as the early Berliner Gramophone Records or the Eldridge Johnson records, but unlike those.....this one is double-sided.
I cannot find anything about this label. My sources tell me that it could be an off-shoot of an Emerson record label, but I don't know.
There are not many double-sided 7 inch records from this era / from the later teens, perhaps?
