Welcome back to another round of the world's rarest funk and soul vinyl, courtesy waterpolo85.

For your consideration, we have: FLASH "Queen Of Swing" and "Lay U Down" on P.P. Records, circa 1982 (but sounds earlier). Largely unknown, primitive boogie funk with large drums from Ohio, backed with an awesome group ballad; check the soundclip!

Condition: this original, vintage copy is strong VG++, slight lift not affecting play.
