MEGA-RARE!! Original UK copy of the VERY hard-to-find 1971LP by Nirvana "Local Anaesthetic"(Vertigo Swirl 636 0031) STEREO. This is an ORIGINAL 1st Pressing LP, complete with the original Inner Vertigo sleeve!! Tracks are Side One - "Modus Operandi". Side Two - "Home" Both the vinyl and (gatefold) sleeve are in EX/EX CONDITION, with some spine wear, and a couple of small marks on the sleeve, plus some small writing scored out on the rear cover.
