Description
Up for bid is an original pressing of Karen Dalton’s “In My Own Time” album released in 1971 on Paramount/Just Sunshine Records. The album is in very good condition for its age.
Visually the record is a VG+ displaying a nice glossy sheen with only slight marks or scratches present to the eye.
Play tested I’ll say it’s a VG with some surface noise throughout mostly noticeable in the low parts of the music but doesn’t take away from the listening experience. There are a few marks I want to note where an audible pop is present. First is on Side 1 during When a Man Loves a Woman where a mark causes an audible pop but is only present for about 4-5 turns before fading out. The other is on Side 2 during Take Me where again a mark causes an audible pop for a few spins before fading out.
The cover grades a EX with no real signs of ringwear or seam splits present since it is still covered in the original shrink. Shrink also has original price tag present. Only deficiency of note is a BB hole in the top right corner
