I have graded each cover and lp individualy. I have taken in to account that this set holds a higer value than usual so grading has been done with an uber anal record collectors eye.

Please do not leave us negative feedback for the following things (that people have actually done), if you do, be prepared to get negative feedback as well.

1. Leaving us negative feedback and filing a complaint of non-reciept to Paypal/Ebay three days after making a payment.(This has actually happened to us twice!)

2. Leaving us negative feedback when you haven't paid for your item yet.

Sometimes when an item gets damaged during shipment we have extras and can replace the item. Recently people have been winning auctions on high priced records and trying to change the record with inferior/lesser copies of the same LP and return it saying it's defective. We have been in business for over 30 years. Our store was in the film "scratch"and on the cover of the DJ Shadow album "Endtroducing", the artist Robert (R) Crumb designed our logo. We know what we're doing. Do not try to win a record and switch the record with a lesser copy and return it to us. Do not damage a record and return it to us. We know the condition of records when they go out. We use a strict grading system.

If you win an record and try to switch the copy you win with another poor copy of the same record, or damage the record and try to return it, we will:

1. Leave you negative feedback

2. Report you to Ebay/Paypal.

3. Exclude you from all future auctions.

4. Send you negative karma.

5. Cast voodoo curses on you.

If there are any problems and you can't reach us through email/you don't get a response through email CALL US AT (916)446-3973!! Monday through Saturday between 11:30am-6:00pm Pacific Time!!

This is a business, not just a private seller. We try to check our email Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5PM Pacific Time!! Except for when we have big auctions up. We usually do not check email on Saturday or Sunday. Do not get angry if we don't reply to your email that you says we must reply to in 24 hours if you leave it on the weekends, or late on Friday.
