Description
Here's an unusual R&B record that was released on the Dawn record label in 1957. In reality it's the Royals record that came out on Venus in 1954 (although the label credits the Scooters). Cuts are Someday We'll Meet Again b/w Really. The record is a glossy Mint-. Deadwax matrix numbers are machine stamped in the deadwax. A couple of DJ marks on the label. Lead singer Thearon Hill was with the 4 Tops for a short time in '59 /'60, and was on their Columbia label recordings.
This is the same group as the Roxy/SwingTime Musketeers, and the Serenaders that recorded for JVB, Coral, Red Robin, and DeLuxe.
No boots, repros, or polished records. All from an old East Coast collection.
