Description
Here's a great 45 by the Four Buddies on the Savoy label out of Newark, NJ; recorded in NYC on 3/03/53.
Cuts are My Mother's Eyes b/w OOH-OW. They do an incredible version of My Mother's Eyes and back it with a good uptempo with Leon Harrison on lead. 2nd tenor Greg Carroll went on to replace baritone George Nelson in the Orioles (another Baltimore group) . Beautiful vinyl in glossy Mint- condition; labels are perfect, no writing, stickers, stains, etc. Deadwax matrix #'s are machine stamped.
Every record I sell is 100% Guaranteed Original! No boots, repros, or polished records. All from an old and well cared for East Coast collection.
Please bid with confidence, I've been collecting R&B records since 1966.
