This is a rare radio station series record of Billy Ray Ford 'Beer Drinking Blues.' On B side 'Aggravatin' Woman.'  I have not played this album so I do not know the quality.  No cracks or chips. This was a record not sold to public, only distributed to radio stations. Super rare!
