Description
The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid. The product purchased was from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the late 50s and 60's. A large volume of LPs remained and properly stored. I am aware finds of this nature are rare, but the records sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed. I hope you will find some items of interest from this incredible find. All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment. All vinyl cleaned with Spin Clean Disc Washer System.
Verve Records original press, flat edge, deep groove, MONO vinyl LP MG V-8263 - released 1958
VG++ vinyl has no play or handling marks. No spindle marks on labels; possibly unplayed prior. Play test displayed rich analogue sound with occasional light surface, tick or pop. VG cover has shelf wear and tears along spine (see photos).
