Super Rare Sealed Metallica Limited Edition Box Set. Title- The Call of Ktulu in Koln 1984. Vinyl, t-shirt, poster and pin.
This is a super rare Metallica limited edition box set, titled The Call of Ktulu in Koln 1984. The sticker on the outside lists the following included in the box; test press vinyl, t-shirt, poster and pin. It is listed as 10 of 10 that were made available. This is unopened and sealed. However there is a tear in the sealed packaging. It looks like the seam tore in down a side and the owner put a few pieces of tape on that side to hold the rest together. From what I can see, there is no way someone could have taken the box out because the sealed portion is in tact in a way that it could not have been opened. I have provided a picture of any tears in the packaging.
From the minimal information I can find, it looks like this was a live performance. I do not know what the sound quality is on the test press vinyl, if this is a bootleg recording. However this box set is rare and seems to be sought after by serious Metallica fans.
All records I have listed have come from an estate of a lifetime vinyl record collector. I will be listing many more over the next several weeks!
