Thomas & Tomcats -- Drive Drive Drive / One Day -- Nolta Records RB-22 1961

Killer and rare R & B from Seattle, Jimi Hendrix played in this band as well as it's predecessor The Rocking Kings.  Story has it that Hendrix left for the Army just weeks before this single was cut, I believe it is the only recording released by the band.  Both sides are strong, the cut "Drive Drive Drive" is a monster with the singer lamenting how his girl will "drive anything" when she's high.  This 45 never comes up--listen to clips from the actual single above.

Condition: Vinyl is VG+ with light scuffs/scratches, plays very well.  The "One Day" side has a small deeper scuff that plays through with some crackle, this side is a little fuzzy sounding though it looks clean, listen to the clips.
