Rare Singing Performance – ALLAN BLYE (Emmy winning TV Writer & Producer, 12” 33rpm)
Per Wikipedia: “Allan Blye (July 19, 1937 – October 4, 2024) was a Canadian-born American television writer known as a writer for The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour and The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour...Blye died in Palm Desert, California, on October 4, 2024, at the age of 87.”
Per IMDB: “By age 15, he (Blye) was a regular on the Paul Grosney Show on CKRC, then on to the CBC and later television. This led to a career, first in Toronto and then California, as a singer and eventually as a writer and producer for variety shows.”
