Welcome back to another round of the world's rarest funk and soul vinyl, courtesy waterpolo85.
For your consideration, we have: BARBARA HOWARD "Light My Fire" and "Welcome Home" on SR Records, circa late '60s. KILLER funky club monster from Howard, this soulful cover of The Doors' classic is nothing less than perfection. Incredibly rare, with only a few copies known to exist!
Click Here to Listen to a Sample Condition: this original, vintage copy is VG-/VG, with lots of light and moderate marks; play grades much better, with moderate crackle for the first 30 seconds and then settling into a VG+/VG++ listening experience, as the soundclip will attest.
