This is an Edison Diamond Disc record, catalog number 59507, featuring Morris Goldstein on both sides, with Elizabeth Tuchman appearing on Side B. These early Yiddish Edison recordings are increasingly difficult to find and are highly desirable to collectors of ethnic, historical, and early acoustic-era recordings.

I do not professionally grade records, so please use the description and photos to determine condition for yourself.

This record has been play-tested on a modern turntable using a Shure M78S cartridge tracking at 3 grams.

Condition Notes:

• Side A: “Die Greene Yente” — plays through with minimal surface noise

• Side B: “Mein Weib’s Shegun” — plays through with minimal surface noise

• Please note the label damage.  The remnants of side L label have come completely loose but will be included with the record for reattachment buy the purchaser.

• Record has not been professionally graded

• Please see photos for overall condition
