Scarce jazz EP: HOAGY CARMICHAEL & HIS ORCHESTRA - Old Rockin' Chair - RCA Victor 45EP EPBT-3072, mono, collector's issue, two-record set in gatefold heavy-card sleeve, released in 1955. The amazing band includes Bix Beiderbecke, Jimmy Dorsey, Tommy Dorsey, Gene Krupa, Eddie Lang, Bubber Miley, Bud Freeman, Benny Goodman, Jack Teagarden and Joe Venuti (these last four have solos, too). Very uncommon in the EP format; the 10" version turns up more often and sells for around $25-30.

Condition is VG+/VG+ (vinyl is still glossy with some minor surface scratches and soft scuffs, nothing I can feel, and they play EX with minimal background; jacket has minor cover rubbing, no splits, minor rubbing to extremities, small dent with tight tear to spine).
