Vintage out-of-print first & only pressing* vinyl jazz lp: DON SHIRLEY - Orpheus in the Underworld - Cadence CLP 1009, mono, awesome cover art is also by Don Shirley; released in 1956. (**The one other version is the og Canadian printing, also from 1956).
Condition is VG+/VG+: glossy with some minor scuffing, one small square scuff that's a bit heavier, and a pattern in the vinyl that looks like many tiny scuffs all over but I think is a flaw or just a side-effect of the pressing - however, although it sounds at least VG+, there is soft background throughout, which must be caused by some of that pattern; the jacket has really nice front and back covers, but has a 6-inch split along the top seam and a 9-inch split along the bottom seam.
