Description


After collecting for over 50 years...Its time to starting clearing out a number of my recordings. Most of these will be in the 1898 to 1910 period with a few exceptions going up into the 1930s. I've enjoyed these recordings and I hope you will too. These records will be shipped in a new box wrapped with cardboard and bubble wrap to protect them. Tracking info will be provided.........


Rare label-Sun Record-Henry Burr sings the Stein Song from Prince of Pilsen. The Leeds and Catlin record company had its issues...One of their major ones was no patents. Therefore they illegally produced records with all kinds of labels to keep one step ahead of Victor and Columbia. In time they were put out of business. This is one of their rarer decoy labels. It is the Stein Song from the Broadway Musical ..The Prince of Pilsen. That musical played in Chicago and NYC in the 1902-03 period. I found the speed of this record seems to be around 82 ..This Record is in Very good condition plus...
