Description

Extremely rare and collectable northern soul classic from Solomon King on its original press/release. The record is the iconic 1970 track "This Beautiful Day" (written by Nanette Workman) and "Say A Prayer For Me". Catalogue number is Columbia DB 8676. Missing centre and also with a fair few light handling marks and one slightly deeper (but still quite light) scratch in intro. Record plays at least vg with some light clicks over intro and light surface noise in places - but strong northern soul sound! In a Columbia sleeve - but not I think original. Added bonus on this package is the test acetate of the "Say a Prayer" track. Really hard to find and desirable in any condition so bid or buy now not to miss!
