Original 1980 LP release, found in the collection of an old North Dakota hippie.  Sleeve is intact with no split seams.  Some light staining is present on the front, and the back had a splotch of something on it at one time, which left a mark, all as pictured.  Whatever that splotch was, it made its way on to the label on side 2, as pictured.  Record itself exhibits a few terribly minor marks and plays without issues.  I am not a professional grader, and will not try to be, but I do know what a nice record looks like, and this is one of them.  The original lyric sheet is included. 

Sales tax: It sucks. I have nothing to do with it.  It is all ebay’s doing.  Contact them, or better yet, contact your state’s tax department.

Buyer pays all shipping charges except if free shipping is offered.  I do not charge handling fees.  Payment is expected within 4 days of auction close.  If issues arise relating to your payment, please contact me and we can work something out.  Most item(s) will be shipped on the next business day after receiving payment via Paypal.  I will certainly entertain non-Paypal payment methods.  I ship to the U.S. only, unless specifically stated otherwise.  The quoted shipping charges are for destinations in the lower 48.  If you live in HI or AK, charges will be higher, except for items shipping First Class.  I do combine multiple items won to save you money on shipping costs.  If you have taken the time to bid, you obviously want this item.  I will take the time to package your purchase so it arrives in the same shape as listed.

A new phenomenon is afoot – cancelling bids.  If you need to do so, do it yourself.  Do not expect me to do it for you.

As far as I’m concerned, the purchasing of shipping insurance is still an option for the winning bidder.  CONTACT ME IF YOU DESIRE INSURANCE.  As a reminder, items shipped via USPS Priority Mail has $50  worth of insurance on them, which is included in the cost of shipping. 

All of the shipping supplies I use have been salvaged from recycle bins or taken from those who are unaware of an item's potential second life.  All supplies are substantial enough in quality to perform in this second life.  This saves you money and helps out our mother.  Additionally, you will not be charged Priority Mail rates on a 3 ounce item due to my laziness of not wanting to find suitable packaging.

Conditions of items are described accurately and truthfully.  If you desire more pictures of an item, you will need to let me know, WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE ITEM ENDING.  I will not be able to accept returns, so again, ask any questions before bidding.
